This policy applies to all Healing Therapies and Consultancy Services offered through Aman Aura, a healing and spiritual guidance platform owned and operated by Aman Mittal.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is calculated based on the time between the booking date and the cancellation request:

• 75% refund if cancelled within 25 days of booking

• 50% refund if cancelled between 26–40 days of booking

• 25% refund if cancelled between 41–50 days of booking

• No refund if cancelled 7 days or less before the scheduled session

No refunds will be provided for No-Show readings or consultations.

Payment Charges

Payment gateway and platform charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable):

Razorpay:

• 2.36% – Indian cards & Net Banking

• 4.72% – American Express

• 3.54% – Foreign cards
  (Inclusive of 18% GST)

PayPal:

• 5.19% (inclusive of applicable taxes)

Platform Charges:

• 2% (non-refundable)

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 28 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.

Non-Refundable Services

Rapid Reading (SOS) sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
